technology. A Virtual Assistant provides administrative,
creative and/or technical services. Utilizing advanced
technological modes of communication and data delivery, a
professional VA assists clients in his/her area of expertise
from his/her own office on a contractual basis.

Kolleen Powers - Qualifications
Kolleen has been using a computer every day for the past 26 years!
Her expertise includes 15 years as a Mechanical Designer using
AutoCAD, owning and managing every aspect of an Accredited
Vocational School for 11 years and seven years of website design
and graphic arts. Kolleen is well versed in Microsoft
Office applications, Adobe Creative Suite and many other
programs.
Tracy Davis - Qualifications
Tracy's experience includes 18 years of hands on computer
knowledge including 10 years developing Customer Service and
Collection teams with AT&T. She has spent the last 8 years
becoming an expert in the Quality Assurance area, developing and
implementing best practices and procedures to coach staff and
improve productivity. Tracy also has 7 years experience in
designing extensive training courses and over 4 years providing
human resources support.
